Creating an Account on Homes Journal

  1. First you need to create an account which you do on the login form - The location of the login form is the 2nd block down on the right hand side of the Home Page. From this block you must click the create an account link.
  2. This provides you with a form where you can enter the basic information including a username (For ease this is best set to your email address, however some long email names may not fit).
  3. Next give your actual email address, and then create a password that you can remember and re-enter it.
  4. There is a Captcha to prevent website attacks, if the image characters are not clear, keep pressing the "Letters not clear" link until you have a legible one and enter the characters in the box. Finally click the "Register" button.
  5. An email will be sent to your registered email account with a link to follow that will bring you back to this website informing you that you have been registered.
  6. The next thing you need to do if you are a Realtor or an Agent is to contact me so that I can upgrade your account to a higher level of security. The default level assumes you are a customer who will be selecting a series of features you are looking for in a new home. The next level grants you access to add listings etc.
  7. Once you have been upgraded you can click on the MY EZ Panel link and then begin to enter your profile details and listings.
